Payment is made by Australian bank transfer (EFT), so any account details you choose to share with us in correspondence are used only to reconcile your payment and (if applicable) issue a refund. We do not collect or store credit card numbers. If you contact us, we retain your correspondence. We may collect basic analytics data (pages visited, device type) via privacy-respecting tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries, and (with your consent) send you occasional newsletters about new products. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. Payments & Refunds
Sarayou Threads accepts payment by Australian bank transfer (EFT) only. We do not use third-party card processors and never see, collect, or store credit card numbers. Refunds, where applicable, are issued by bank transfer back to an Australian bank account in the customer's name. Bank account details shared with us for the purpose of an order or refund are used solely for that purpose and are not retained beyond what is required by Australian record-keeping laws.
