1. Agreement
By using this website and placing an order with Sarayou Threads (ABN [to be provided]), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Products
All products are handmade and may exhibit minor natural variations in colour, texture, and dimensions. These are characteristics of authentic handcrafted goods, not defects. Product images are representative; exact colours may vary slightly on different screens. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if an item becomes unavailable) and will provide a full refund in such cases. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@sarayouthreads.com.au before returning any item. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full including postage. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from description.
7. Care Instructions
Care instructions are provided with each product. Sarayou Threads is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sarayou Threads. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We exclude liability for consequential or indirect loss.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
